For more than 20 years, MAP has leveraged our knowledgeable and diverse team to advocate and support afterschool programs that serve low-income, diverse, and high-needs communities.

MAP’s leadership is comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds, professions, and lived experience within and outside of the afterschool field. Experience in youth development, afterschool, government, social work, and the law shapes our policy and advocacy approach.  The knowledge and experience of each staff member, new or tenured, informs our decision-making processes and the direction of our organization.
